Like everyone else, I want to give my perspective on my trips and my motivation, which doesn’t claim any completeness. Instead I want to also use this blog to tell you what surprised me about the countries I visited and what stuck in my head and my heart after I left, because I truly believe, that is what makes every place we visit unique and memomorable and not the highlights or sightseeing places.
When it comes to hotel/restaurant recommendation, I chose only to give concrete recommendations, when I was really content with the place I stayed, because I don’t think my rating is comparable to a booking rating and choosing the right hotel/restaurant is always a very personal and subjective matter.
